Summer calls for fruity drinks that are packed with nutrients, easily blended with frozen or fresh fruit.
For this beautiful smoothie you need:
- 2 peaches (pit removed)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup plain low-fat yoghurt
- A few ice cubes
- Milk/water to taste
Blend the ingredients in your blender, and add a little milk or water until you have reached the desired thickness
1. Add mint to the recipe
2. Replace the milk or water with fresh orange juice
3. Add mint AND fresh orange juice!
