This is free-range chicken burger is spiced up with simple ingredients, and served here on a ciabatta bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, broccoli cottage cheese spread and a bit of mayo.
You could shape the burgers by hand, but it’s easier to use a burger press, like those of Kitchen Craft.

Yield: 2 burgers
Ingredients:
2 free-range chicken breasts
1 tbsp capers
3 tsp tandoori massala
1 egg
Directions:
Take half the mince out of the jug and press the burger. Repeat for the second burger. Now heat your grill, and grill the burgers for about 4 minutes, cooked through, but still juicy.
Now build your burger with toppings of your liking. If you use the Broccoli Cottage Cheese Spread make sure to put the lettuce on first, to avoid that the bun gets soggy.
Enjoy!
Tip: To clean the jug, simply put a drop of dish wash liquid and 100ml lukewarm water in the jug, and blend on low speed, for about 20 seconds. The blades are now clean, and you only have to wash the jug.
