Fresh Fig & Banana Smoothie
Figs are incredibly versatile, for use in fruit bowls, on its own, or on a cheese board. Or try this summer smoothie, with fresh figs and banana.

Ingredients:
4 fresh figs
1 banana - frozen
1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
1 c soy milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the jug, and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy a deliciously sweet & creamy smoothie!
