This is a dynamic role in which you provide first line customer support for OmniBlend, a Cape Town-based e-commerce company. The company supplies best value for money high performance blenders to the hospitality industry, and domestic market. You’ll be working in a small team, and in your role, you are key to making sure that our customer receives efficient & high quality assistance, and the product or information required. This role is for somebody who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable to work independently, is self-motivated, and organized. As the role is mostly customer-demand driven, you at times will have to multi-task and work under pressure. You’ll report directly to management.
You are the first point of contact for our customers, offering first line support. This requires you to attend to customers in a professional and helpful manner. You provide excellent customer service, to generate sales.

You’ll be working directly with management, which will provide you the opportunity to learn about running an e-commerce business. You’ll work in a modern workspace in the Cape Town CBD. Salary is market related, and this is a permanent contract with a 2 months probation. Office hours are 8am to 5pm, weekdays only. Anticipated start date is 1 June 2017.
