Turmeric and Coffee smoothie to kickstart your morning


This Turmeric & Coffee smoothie will brighten your day with a caffeine kick.

1/3 C Oats
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Whey Protein (or vegan protein)
1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
1 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Turmeric
½ Tsp Ginger
½ Tbsp Coffee Beans
1 C Ice Cubes
1/3 C Water

Blend for 1 minute on high speed, and you’re ready to enjoy!
