1/3 C Oats
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Whey Protein (or vegan protein)
1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
1 ½ Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Turmeric
½ Tsp Ginger
½ Tbsp Coffee Beans
1 C Ice Cubes
1/3 C Water
